Twin Cities Youth Work Coalition (TCYWC)

TCYWC is a grassroots professional organization for youth workers. We have existed as a loosely affiliated network since 1986 and recently expanded and stabilized our operations. Now we are making another move toward reaching our goals.

As more and more attention is paid to youth and youth development we must work to strengthen our role in advocating and supporting young people. We recognize and empower youth workers to become connected to the communities they work in, to work with colleagues across fields of work, and to understand the influence and impact of public policy on our work with young people.
